Delivery

We only use established couriers such as Citylink, Business Post and ParcelForce to deliver your goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we ship more than £75 million of goods each year. All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage for all UK and Irish destinations so that if your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged we will simply despatch replacement goods at no cost to yourself. Most orders can be tracked online. All deliveries require a signature at the delivery address but this does not have to be the card holder. Sometimes your order will be despatched in more than one delivery as we use more than one warehouse so if you only receive part of your order, there is no need to ring us – instead, please use our online order tracking to find out when the rest of the shipment is due.
