Having problems ordering?
We want you to be able to complete your order and benefit from our products, but we know people occasionally have technical problems that stop them completing their order on our site.
If that has happened to you and you contact us to tell us about it and it helps solve a genuine problem with our web site, we will send your order for half price as a "thank you"!

Please tell us what you can about the problem you are having and give us your contact details and how and when you would like us to contact you. We will make sure first that your order is completed for you and we will try to resolve the problem you were having.
What causes the problems?
Most problems are caused by either your browser or firewall settings not allowing "Cookies" to be set. If that is happening, you will not be able to add more than one item to your cart or proceed to our checkout. You will probably see a message saying that your cart is empty.
The other main reason is that your browser is showing you an old or "cached" version of the basket page. You can fix this by refreshing the page:

A cookie is a small text file that we need to write to your computer to hold the contents of your shopping cart between screens. They are used by a lot of web sites and are a normal e-commerce method.

Tools / Internet Options / Privacy and move the slider to Medium
(you can always change it back after placing your orer if you wish)
In Netscape 7
Open our site, then Tools / Cookie Manager / Allow cookies from this site
In Mozilla Firefox
Tools / Options / Privacy / Cookies then tick "Allow sites to set cookies"
Most firewall software also has cookie settings and you may need to change the setting to allow our site to set cookies - please look at the Help screens for your particular software for details
If this fixes the problem, you will need to add your selections to your basket again before you checkout
