How corkscrews are left-handed

You will often see left-handers struggling with a right-handed corkscrew by holding the corkscrew still and turning the bottle, or just not bothering! A left-handed corkscrew has a screw which turns anti-clockwise - a natural motion for a left-hander. The waiter's corkscrews also have a small-bladed knife for removing the foil from the bottles.
